Have done a will in the past but due to complexities it was not detailed enough our Family. The Attorney that I was planning to redraw the Will was no longer in our area. Not sure what happened. Had been 20 years since drawn up. Did my research, asked around and realize what was needed was a Living Trust. Again looked at all the Attorney's that were recognized throughout Texas. Having a ranch, homestead and with befeneficiaries with unique issues. Landed with a handful of firms. Met with them and ultimately was impressed with Legacy's entire staff. Everyone was helpful, professional, addressed our issues and were extremely thorough on explaining every step in the process we took. Allowed us too contact their office with questions and provided guidance through the process upto signing off on our Trust.
